Personal Statement

Hi, I'm Lorraine, I offer individual, couple & family counselling. I offer clients immediate help with anxiety and depression with tools to help you reduce, alleviate and get back in focus. Having trained as a Person-Centred Counsellor and Superviso, I have knowledge and experience in different theoretical models and approaches through continuing professional development (CPD), enabling me to work with your individual needs and issues that are unique to you. Working therapeutically with a humanistic approach ensures I work in a process devoid of any religious influences or pre-disposed beliefs. I also work in a creative way introducing choice to my clients, if they wish to work creatively or if they prefer talking therapy.
