I specialise in treating issues with self esteem. I am well experienced in working with depression & anxiety, I am able to work with issues from the past that are impacting on you in the here and now. I can help you make sense of whatever it is you're experiencing for you to understand and gain a better sense of self. I also have experience of working with grief & loss not only in bereavement related issues but also with the issues that life throws at you unexpectedly. I have understanding of long term conditions and how it may impact on your life. .

Personal Statement

I offer one to one counselling sessions. I can offer long term or short term sessions. It is a space for you to feel you can express whatever is going on for you.

My aim is to provide you counselling to enable you to be yourself- your true self. To facilitate growth & change for you to become clearer in your mind with whatever distress you maybe experiencing.

You can change through your own process. I can guide your process through tracking your emotions & feelings we can work together for you to feel free. I am open & honest & I will provide you feedback within the session. We can work in a way that suits you.

Relationships can be difficult at times. Do you need the space to be able to talk through what you are experiencing? Are you distressed & notice your emotions are up & down? Sometimes communication can break down and you may be left feeling lonely, isolated and angry.

Maybe you have lost your motivation and feel you are in a dark place right now feeling empty & lost. I can help you to explore your emotions & make links so you can make sense of your issues & learn to let go. If you would like to work on responses & communication I can facilitate this process.
