Personal Statement

I am integrative therapist whose model is informed by humanistic and existential ideas. For me the therapeutic relationship is key to facilitating change. I will be directed by my client's needs and hope to be able to help them find ways of understanding their problems and to seek personal growth. By offering a safe and confidential space you will, at your own pace, be able to speak freely about yourself, this can be challenging as well insightful. My aim is to facilitate change through open and honest dialogue.
