Personal Statement

My training course is integrative, which means that I work with different approaches to suit the client. I specialise in EMDR (Eye Movement Densitisation and Reprogamming) but with all patients I also use different approaches. In the first session I talk to the client about what their hopes and expectations are of the sessions and work out a plan of how we can work together to achieve these goals. I offer a safe space for clients to explore their feelings.
