Personal Statement
My belief is that the most important relationship we have is the relationship we have with ourselves, but over time, this quite often is neglected, and we start to lose a sense of who we are. Therapy can provide a space where we can work together to make sense of your experiences and rebuild your internal relationship
I offer a holistic approach, as I believe that we are all complex individuals and there is no ‘one size fits all’. I draw on other theories to suit your needs and way of interacting. Fundamentally you will find my approach is based on building a warm, respectful and trusting relationship that feels safe, without judgment and with acceptance.
