Personal Statement

We are all unique, and by offering clients an integrative approach within counselling allows me to work with the clients as they move through their therapeutic experience within the session moment by moment. What I mean by this is, emotions and feelings are fluid so it can quickly move from Person Centred; where we focus on harnessing the client's natural self-healing process, to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; where we focus on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected, to Mindfulness; where the use of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment. Client’s can expect a warm, friendly and confidential space to allow them to pause and heal their emotional pain.
