Personal Statement

I am an integrative therapist primarily working with the systemic and psychodynamic models. I create a safe and comfortable environment for my clients and place a great degree of emphasis on building the therapeutic relationship. I work with my clients to help them to explore the root cause of their emotional affliction under the premise that understanding the origin of the aforementioned affliction provides a better opportunity at locating the right coping strategies to combat it. Throughout the therapy I will ask clients questions, make objective and non-judgmental observations based on what I am hearing and work with them to facilitate the process which allows them to find their own answers and ways of coping.
