Personal Statement

I am a Person-Centred Experiential Counsellor, which means that I can help you to make sense of your individual experiences, thoughts and feelings that are causing an imbalance in your physical and mental wellbeing. I am passionate in providing a therapeutic relationship which supports you to feel more empowered and put your life into perspective.

During the Pandemic, I have supported many clients through their personal, Covid related and work-related challenges. This has provided me with valuable and diverse experience, to support and empathise with many clients through adversity.

My previous history as a Nurse and Midwife has given me the foundations to work alongside the Medical Model, from a person-centred, compassionate perspective. I feel this helps me to work with my clients more holistically.
