Special interest areas

I competently and passionately work across all age groups, from younger to older adults and across all genders and gender identities. I can help with a vast range of issues around mental health, self-esteem and self-confidence and in all aspects of trauma and abuse.

Personal Statement

I am endlessly curious and inquisitive to understand who you are at your very core, and in doing so to help you understand the same. I work to see beyond the barriers of given or perceived diagnoses, and to connect with the ‘true’ you.

I do not believe that you are broken/damaged and need ‘fixing’. I do believe you are hurting, need more help than you can give to yourself right now and that you are not able to fully be as you want to be in your life.

I will help you uncover hidden resources within, build a new sense of resilience and to see your future with new possibilities in it. Your life as it is now does not define your future.

From our very first session, you will see that I am ‘all in’ and part of your team as you begin to make the vital changes you need.
