Personal Statement

I am a person-centred therapist and emphasise the importance of building a collaborative and supportive safe space from the first session. I adapt my therapeutic approach and treatment interventions to suit you as an individual and help you develop a unique roadmap for tackling problems effectively.

I aim to help you explore and build on your motivation for change and self-development and support you through your therapeutic journey of developing self-awareness, practicing and learning new skills and appropriately challenging unhelpful cycles, offering the opportunity for new insights and experiences.

I empathise and support you through problem solving and practicing effective tools and strategies for long-term self-management. I believe in the importance of having a good therapeutic relationship, offering the best opportunity to optimise therapy outcomes.
