Personal Statement

I provide a safe and confidential space to help clients develop their unique road-map to tackle problems effectively and move forward from feeling stuck. I am a genuine, warm and empathetic therapist who appreciates the importance of building a good therapeutic relationship with all clients. I help clients to gently challenge their negative cycles and unhelpful behaviours, supporting clients to build confidence with maintaining their progress in the long-term.

I ensure therapy is collaborative, structured and focused on each clients personal goals and desired outcomes. Treatment is adapted and tailored to suit individual needs. Through a journey of increased self-awareness, developing new insights and implementing change, therapy will help clients to develop their own therapy toolbox and feel able to become their own expert therapist.
