I have worked in the legal sector for several years and understand what it is to be in a pressurised environment thus, have experience with a variety of issues such as: anxiety, depression, isolation, stress related issues, eating disorders and adaptation and integration issues- cultural - having worked with BAME charities for few years.
I view therapy as a collaborative process; whereby l offer a confidential, supportive, empathetic and a kindly challenging space where we can talk about, explore your emotions, feelings, patterns of relating and work through issues that may be affecting your life.
My role is to support and help you gain self awareness and self acceptance to enable you discover new ways of moving forward positively and making progressive changes in life. I tailor my approach to suit the needs of my clients using a range of techniques. These are: Psychodynamic / relational approach, Person centred therapy, Gestalt therapy, CBT and Mindfulness to mention a few.

Having worked with BAME charities for a few years, I have experience in adaptation and integration issues (cultural). I also hold a fortnightly group session with survivors of Domestic Violence, Abuse and Modern Slavery.
