Special interest areas

I am a specialist art therapist.

Personal Statement

I offer counselling and art therapy both online and face to face. When things are hard to talk about or we can't find the words we need, art therapy offers a way of communicating through images and materials.

There is no need to be good at art, or even make art in therapy, to benefit from my approach, just a willingness to try a different way of communicating through images and materials.
