Personal Statement
I believe our upbringing plays a role in shaping who we are, how we learned to cope with difficulties, and how we see the world in general. A nurturing environment is what we need to explore these early influences, make sense of how these affected us and be able to grow and learn to lead a more satisfying and fulfilling life. People are unique, therefore I aim to tailor the length of therapy to individual needs and preferences. I strongly believe that therapy is a collaborative process and we will work together towards the goals we set at the start.
