I have particular experience in Depression, Anxiety and Stress in adults. I also offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions.
I am an integrative therapist which means use several modalities collaboratively to ensure the best results and need of the client, ensuring client confidentiality, a safe space to explore any issues.
A client can expect me to listen, explore any issues they are experiencing, being present without interruption or judgement. Hopefully making goals and working towards them , bringing feelings of empowerment and fulfilment.
