Personal Statement
I am someone who keeps you and our relationship at the heart of therapy and will use all my skills and knowledge to help you find your way through life’s difficulties. Building on the strengths of every client I will support them to gain new skills and strategies to implement in their lives.
In the first session we will get to know each other and you can see if you feel comfortable working through your problems with me. I will initially spend time finding out about your life and current difficulties. We can then focus on the most important areas you would like to work on.
Our sessions will then focus on where I can help you make connections to the past and current behaviour which may be linked and explore together new ways of looking at thinking and behaving.
