I have considerable experience in working with Eating Disorders, particularly in young women. I also have particular experience in working with clients considered to be heightened on the Autistic Spectrum.

Personal Statement

I believe that it is through a supported environment such as counselling that self-discovery, self-awareness and eventually self-acceptance are possible and that these qualities enable growth and emotional development of any person.

I am committed to supporting your growth and development. My current client group present issues ranging from ‘higher end’ diagnosed mental-health issues which require longer term counselling - to mentoring both individuals and families through restructuring lifestyles and implementing change, including whole family health and nutrition.

The sessions are client led, meaning the client decides in terms of the topics discussed and pace of the work.
