Personal Statement
During therapy, you will find a relaxed, safe and confidential space to explore where you are, make sense of things, reflect on your experiences and discover the changes that could be of benefit. You may have already gone through some significant changes and could be feeling overwhelmed. I will listen to you, offer confidentiality, respect, empathy, warmth and genuineness. I am with you in the session, not leading you, but by your side. Together we can explore, while you find your way towards improved well-being. I won’t judge you, I might gently challenge you, to help you move along and grow. You will have my support and trust in our therapeutic relationship. You will be heard, without being judged. Often during your first session you will wonder what to bring. Just bring yourself – that’s all we'll need.
