Personal Statement

I am a person-centre counsellor and aim to build and maintain rapports with clients throughout the course of counselling. I don’t expect clients to understand different therapy practices and hence tend to explain my counselling approaching without using too much jargon.

I believe in healing and self-actualization guided by the clients’ internal resources and strength, when they feel the problem and associated emotions have been shared and understood. I expect clients to feel inspired and empowered to make their own choices in life.
