Personal Statement

Respecting and valuing people's feelings is central to my beliefs as a counsellor and in everyday life, as people come to counselling for all different reasons. I have had experience with working with clients on a wide range of issues.

The first session will be used to assess your needs and explore what you may need from counselling in order to plan the future sessions.
