Personal Statement

Initially, there are likely to be no ‘magic answers that will solve all of your problems quickly and easily. However, my goal is to gradually encourage you to find your own answers, solutions, and methods that are right for you through a collaborative, dynamic and meaningful therapy journey. I am committed to supporting you to connect with your inner resources, develop coping skills and strategies and improve your self-awareness by making sense of the key connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. This process will enable you to overcome your difficulties and become a mindfully strong 'therapist of your own self' even after the treatment is over. I truly believe that mental health plays just an as important role as physical health in helping you lead a fulfilling life. What are you waiting for? Take action, break the silence, and let's talk. Don't let your anxiety, depression, phobia, relationship, trauma, low self-esteem, panic, anger, shame, loss, or addiction imprison you forever. I recognise that finding a therapist and booking that first appointment can feel overwhelming. However taking that first step could be the beginning of a process that enables you to change, grow, and develop. It is worth it because you are worth it. "Nothing is impossible for those who believe".
