Special interest areas

I work predominantly with people experiencing difficulties with anxiety and depression. I also work with people suffering with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as difficulties in mood because of long-term physical health conditions and medically unexplained symptoms.

Personal Statement

As a CBT Therapist, much of the work that takes place in my sessions involves focusing on managing difficulties in the present moment. Although we do explore the onset and triggers for your difficulties, we look at how we can work with them in the “here and now”.  This is achieved through exploring how the way you think and behave affects the way you feel.

I have seven years’ experience working with mood and anxiety problems.
