Personal Statement
I provide a free 15 minute introductory session where people can discuss their issues and decide if they would like to work with me.
As a integrative counsellor, I utilize some of the different therapeutic methods that I have been trained in to suit the particular needs of the clients. My strong Person-Centred approach means that I value people's unique experience of life and place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship that provides a non-judgemental and confidential space where people can explore their problems.
