Personal Statement

I work exclusively with adults and am passionate about discovering, or rediscovering, aspects of yourself, personality and potential that got lost along the way. My approach to therapy is to play an active role alongside you - to encourage reflection, to ask questions, to seek new perspectives and learning - sharing both personal and psychological theories that might add to your insight and improve your relationships with others, and yourself.

Using an indistinct blend of coaching, counselling and psychotherapy, I assure you a warm, non-judgemental but gently challenging relationship so you can take a closer look at aspects of your life and decision making that feel necessary to you right now. If you think the time is right, please contact me.
