Personal Statement
I work in a way that helps you come to terms with things that have happened in your life. I can help you make sense of these things and help you gain new perspective. I will be there for you when you need me to hear you, when you need positivity, when you need love and when you need acceptance. I will never judge or criticise you.
When you begin sessions with me we will discuss what it is that you are looking to get from therapy and we will work towards that goal together. We will check in with how we think we are doing on any goals and decide together how many sessions you need. Alternatively you may just need to work through a particular thing, we can do that at your own pace. Everyone’s journey is different and can take a different length of time to walk along, I respect that of my clients.
