I have extensive experience with clients from all walks of life, cultures and diversities from around the globe. My focus is to help you address, challenge and change whatever is preventing you from living your life fully. You will gain tools and strategies to help you thrive and regain confidence and independence in all areas of your life and relationships..
As an Integrative Therapist, I will use a number of approaches from various areas of the counselling world to help you understand what is happening, how it happened and help you identify strategies to address this. I work closely with you, at your pace, as you challenge old patterns and test out new thoughts, ideas and tools. I will gently and respectfully challenge you to reach your highest potential and we will regularly test progress together. You will be treated with respect, you will be safe in our work and you will always be in charge of your journey into healing and self discovery. I am passionate about my clinical work, all I ask of you is to be committed to doing the work and see it through to the end. It isn't always going to be easy, no healing ever is, but on the other side, lives everything you want to get out of life. What you put in, you get out. Your Life, Your Way.
