Personal Statement
During our sessions you will be invited to explore whatever you wish, the session will be directed by you. The development of your autonomy is at the heart of the work that we do together.
My role is to help you understand and explore the emotions that you feel, to help you develop meaning from your experiences, and to create a more authentic sense of who you are. This will help you untangle complex and confusing thoughts, giving you clarity and control in your life.
If helpful to you, I will introduce you to some mindfulness techniques, including meditation and journaling, to further help our therapeutic work
