Personal Statement
My approach to psychotherapy and counselling is "Relational and Integrative". I have extensive experience in working with clients who have been traumatised; this could be anything from a single incident road accident or assault to a childhood filled with abuse. Much of this experience was gathered during eight years as an NHS High Intensity CBT Psychotherapist.
