Special interest areas

As a person centred practitioner, I work with my clients to explore all aspects of their wellbeing. No subject is out of bounds. I offer an unconditional space in which to explore whatever is causing you to feel discomfort .

Personal Statement

I am a person centred therapist which means that I work with clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and concerns. I believe that by offering a safe accepting space, together, we can find the best way for them to find acceptance or make changes in their lives. My approach is supportive and non directive. By developing a relationship built on trust and acceptance clients can find the answers that they are looking for, and feel supported to explore them and make the changes, if any, that are right for them.
